How Can sore Throat Along With Ear Pain Be Treated?

I have had a tumor in my tounge before and had part removed and margin. However it was found to be benign, I was tolg it might be TUG. However I have had a sore throat, slight earache. However tonight I was brushing my teeth and tounge tore and bleed. Now I noticed more bumps and tares just tonight. Is there anything I can do tonight before I can talk to my doctor tomorrow? Currently the younge is burning probably from tears and a little bleeding. Should I rinse or anything?

Hi..
Thanks for the query..

Well it looks like your tongue is inflamed and small bumps can be inflamed tongue Papillae that contains taste buds..
However still a confirmation is a must which can be done with a clinical examination..
But you can relieve the symptoms by gargling with numbing mouthwash containing Lignocaine..
You can do cool compresses over the tongue..
Sucking ice can be a way of applying cold over the tongue..
Take anti-inflammatory painkillers like Ibuprofen..

Hope this helps..

Regards..
